You have no means to address this situation, either. Certainly, the advert for the job is totally misleading in terms of guaranteed shifts. They may decide to give you five shifts a week or they might decide to give you none.
You are completely at the mercy of the company in terms of your shifts. Unfortunately, the reality of your situation becomes very clear within a short period of time. In fairness, Inventory Stock Counting with RGIS at Dunelm, Stoke 2 DC, starts off quite well. I worked with them for 3 months and don't have any disagreement with the company.there is movement to management level but you need to be able to drive and willing to work very long hours.and be available all the time. U have to be dressed properly if not u can be told to go home.

They are not the worst company to work for the staff and management are there for you and staff are helpful.you have to go to a meet site and get picked up the first hour of travel from meet site is not paid to the site u are going to and u have to sign in and out when u get there and for breaks.u don't know how many hours u are going to work and breaks can be up to a hour and half so lefted twicking yours thumbs miles from home and no pay for this s fortnight pay and they drop u off near your s a fast way of working and mind numbing as counting and scannering is all u do and they monitor u through the scanner on the computer the supervisors are operating u have a app which tells u the next day how you preformed and gives you a ranking and the training sessions are based around being fast on the scanner not how to operate it which is a failure on the management level and they can cancelled your work day a hour before u start so work life balance is very unfair.
